Van Tyler Blackaby, PMHNP-BC

Van Tyler Blackaby is a PMHNP-BC who has spent entire career working with dual diagnosis and targeted populations. The majority of his career has been spent with non-profit organizations. His specialty work has been with serious and persistent mental illness patients with or without dual diagnosis in the homeless and near-homeless communities. He served on the advisory board for the Coordinated Housing and Match Program (CHAMP) for over 5 years, assessing vulnerable populations for placement in permanent/supportive housing.
