River Valley Health (RVH) has been a leading provider of affordable dental services since our first dental clinic opened in 1979. Our experienced dental staff provide a wide range of dental care services at our health centers in Alcoa, Center City, Maynardville and Talbott.

We provide oral health education, routine cleanings, x-rays, extractions, and fillings. Our dental services are available at the health centers listed below.

How to Pay
Dental services at RVH are available to children and adults, regardless of insurance coverage status. Sliding scale fees are available to those who are completely uninsured. We will work with you to ensure you get the care you need because we know that good oral hygiene helps improve overall health and wellness!

Smile On 65+ Partnership
We recently became a dental provider partner with Smile On 65+ to enhance access to high-quality, affordable dental care for patients 65 and older. This partnership will allow uninsured or underinsured patients at or below 200% of federal poverty levels to access both preventative and restorative dental services at a significantly reduced cost. This service is available at our Center City and Maynardville Health Centers.
