River Valley Health's (RVH) has optometry services available for the whole family at our clinic located at Center City in Knoxville. As a fully licensed and equipped optometry practice, you and your family members can receive pediatric eye exams, adult eye exams, treatments for conditions such as nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism, eyeglasses, and more.

Dr. Taylor Greene is a licensed optometrist dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate eye care for patients of all ages. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis.
Dr. Greene is passionate about helping patients understand their eye health and believes that clear communication and patient education are key to excellent care. She is committed to serving her community by improving access to quality vision care and building lasting relationships with her patients.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Greene enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. A native Knoxvillian, she loves living and serving in the Knoxville community. She attended Belmont University in Nashville, where she played Division I basketball, and she remains an avid sports fan. Her family enjoys attending University of Tennessee sporting events and cheering on the Vols, and they are actively involved in their local church.
