I am passionate about fostering a space for human beings to feel supported and heard. My work is dedicated to goal-oriented and mindful mental health practices that help individuals move towards improved, healthy and stable moods. This is accomplished through a committed and collaborative relationship with each person I meet. I am trained in Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavior Therapy, both evidenced based practices that help foster changes in behavior. My fabulous co-worker said, “add something personal about yourself because you are amazing!" Something I am really proud of is, I recently earned the “Cherokee Spirit Award”.
