Laura Mobley, PA

I worked as an X-ray Tech for three years before going back to school to become a Physician Assistant. I received three years of additional training in inpatient pediatrics at Duke University Medical Center, in Durham, NC, after my post graduate fellowship. I won the Mallinckrodt Award of Excellence in 2012 for demonstrating excellent academic achievement in the study of radiologic sciences. I published a short story in Duke's Voices literary magazine for creative expressions of students and individuals in the medical community. I go on medical mission trips, most recently to Ibarra, Ecuador. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, playing with my dogs, being active in my church, and traveling.
