Emily Woodrum, PsyD

Emily Woodrum, PsyD, is a behavioral health consultant at River Valley Health's (RVH), formerly Cherokee Health Systems, Alcoa Health Center. She received her Doctor of Psychology degree from Marshall University in 2019 and completed her pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship at RVH. Dr. Woodrum provides care to patients who experience mental health concerns and those who would benefit from any behavior changes impacting physical health, such as smoking cessation or diabetes management. Dr. Woodrum sees patients who receive primary care, substance use treatment, and pediatric care at the Alcoa Health Center. In her spare time, she enjoys running, Marshall football games, and spending time with her dogs and husband, Nick.
