It's a sincere privilege to join people on their journey to improved health and wholeness. As a therapist, it's important to me that a person is treated with dignity and respect, and that persons are met where they're at and consideration is given to their own personal goals for treatment. Specifically, I have a passion for trauma treatment and acknowledging the ways our experience acts on both our psyches and bodies. But I also believe people possess an "inner healer" and just need help accessing it; we just need a little help seeing it sometimes. In my free time, I enjoy being outside, exercising, and reading.
