By using an honest and authentic dialogue, my clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves. My areas of experience include anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress. I draw mostly from my experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; while integrating my experiences from being a student as well as personal experience as a wife, mother, and friend. I support my clients in understanding their strengths, as well as identifying and pursuing goals within a safe and supportive environment. When I am not working, I love spending time with my family and friends. I love to dance and act goofy. I do not take life too seriously; I love practicing gratitude, mindfulness, and choosing positivity over anything else! I would never ask a client to do anything I would not do or have not done myself! I truly care and value your progress!!
