Rachael Chastain, FNP

Rachael Chastain is a Family Nurse Practitioner that graduated from East Tennessee State University in 2019. She has experience in family medicine and urgent care. Her prior nursing background includes emergency medicine, adult medical surgical, pediatrics, & case management. Within River Valley Health (RVH) she is in their GetWellNow Clinic in White Pine, TN providing urgent care services to patients 6 months and older. She strives to provide safe, evidence-based, & cost-conscientious care.
