Jewell Ohms, APRN, CDCES, DNP, FNP-BC

Jewell Ohms, DNP  has worked as a RN for 15 years and an Adult Nurse Practitioner for 20 years.  She completed her Master of Science in Nursing and Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Muncie Indiana at Ball State University.  She holds national certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as an Adult Nurse Practitioner as well as specialized certification as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES).  She believes care should be holistic and compassionate as well as patient-focused with the patient at the center of decision-making.
