Jessica Brasel is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at River Valley Health. She provides psychiatric medication management to patients ages 17 and older and has been serving in this role since 2023.
Jessica earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Lincoln Memorial University in 2022 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University in 2008. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a Registered Nurse for 12 years in various clinical settings, gaining extensive experience in patient care.
She is a member of the Alpha Chi National Honor Society, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society, and the American Psychiatric Nurses Association. Jessica is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care that supports each individual’s journey toward mental wellness.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Her favorite hobbies include boating and reading.
