Brenna Allred, LMSW

Brenna Allred graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Master of Science in Social Work in May 2025. During her graduate program, she interned at River Valley Health (RVH) as a school-based therapist. She is excited to start a full-time position with RVH, now working in both the office and in the school setting. Brenna is passionate about meeting people where they are while integrating techniques from various approaches including CBT, ACT, strengths-based, and person-centered therapy. She sees patients ages 0-25.
